ISO 14001:2004 Requirements from A to Z
This course is for managers and auditors who want to: 1) learn about ISO 14001 requirements, 2) interpret the ISO 14001 standard, and 3) apply ISO 14001 to their work situation. This class is based on the ISO 14001 portion of a certified lead auditor class. The class includes approaches for implementation of an environmental management system and examples of what auditors expect and what auditors normally accept. This class provides on-line access to ISO 9000 and ISO 14001 standards and over 20 downloadable handouts such as: an ISO 14001 Checklist, a Student Textbook, Study Tips, a before-class assessment tool and after-class objectives, and so on. Students must pass a post test with case study style questions. Successful completion of the class will result in a certificate for 12 contact hours (1.2 CEU's). The subscription period for the class is 180 days.
The class is based on the ISO 14001 portion of a certified lead auditor class. Students must apply what they learned by completion of an assignment for marking by an instructor to pass the class.
